Yet the jury concluded that the 17-year old victim who was left devoid of life, lying face down in a pool of his own blood-his only possible weapons a bag of Skittles candy and an Arizona fruit drink-was essentially guilty of self-induced second degree murder.

Aside from the fact that they could drown themselves, this is a good reason not to leave small children unattended in the bathtub for more than a few minutes at a time. You have got to at least poke your head in and check on them every few minutes. I must say it does look like a lot of fun though!! LOL!!!

Somebody explain to me how this makes any sense? Do you really think that Nike cares that you remove the logo from the items YOU PURCHASED!!! You still supported them by buying their products and their bank account still increased by the same amount of money. Do you really think they track the purchases people make in order to pursue a personal relationship with those who buy their products? They don't care how you feel about them, their goal is to sell as many of their products as possible, grow their brand, and increase their profit margin. Point. Blank. Period. So who are you really hurting by doing this? You are the one now walking around with a big hole in your clothes looking like a giant rat got ahold of them.
