Due to the amount of inquiry’s we’ve been getting, we’re currently working on getting our classes scheduled. Also store hours and bread days will be established soon.

We’ve also had a lot of questions about bread. Our sourdough takes two full days to make properly, and we want to do it right rather than rush it.

We honestly did not expect this level of demand during the winter, and we’re very thankful for all the support and patience. More details coming soon — We hope yall had a great Christmas! And HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hey everyone! I’ve been wanting to share this for a while. Recently, a customer came up to me at our herb stand and mentioned how tough it is to find healthy or organic products—like Celtic salt—at their local stores in Glenwood. And they’re right! I’ve seen it too in Harps or other small groceries that just don’t carry much organic food. But here’s the good news: Bob’s Grocery Store in Mount Ida actually stocks a bunch of organic products.

And for those wondering what you can buy conventional if you can’t get organic, here’s the “Clean 15”—15 fruits and veggies that are naturally lower in pesticides and don’t have to be organic:

4. Onions
5. Papaya
6. Sweet Peas (frozen)
