We delivered the most scrumptious box this week. Our cup (and box) runneth over with Chilton County peaches and green beans, fennel, cucumbers, red potatoes, green cabbage, green apples, red apples, lemons and beautiful cherries. We sent recipes for a Grilled Peach & Green Bean Salad; Garlic Lemon Smashed Potatoes; Cabbage Apple Fennel Slaw and Pro Tip all about Fennel. We can't wait to start cooking and love it when you Lettuce know what you make. Enjoy your box and start of summer. Speaking of summer, our schedule will vary some…..our next delivery will be in 3 weeks - Tuesday, June 25th.

Yesterday we had super fun curating a box of produce and recipes for our super customers that we love so much. We delivered a box yesterday filled with cabbage, sweet potatoes, red onions, celery, jalapeño, pears, FUJI apples, and because they were so good we repeated blood oranges and avocados. We sent recipes for a Hearty Paleo Chili, Sweet Potato Nachos, Spicy Pear and Cilantro Salsa and a Cabbage Celery Apple Crunch Salad and the benefits of drinking Celery Juice….(Kristen swears it’s good!) to get you super ready for Sunday and the rest of your week. Hopefully we spread a little happiness on such a dreary day. Yesterday in the rain, we delivered a rainbow…a box full of Blood oranges, avocados, Honey Crisp apples, lemons, Brussels Sprouts, red Bell peppers, Gold potatoes, spinach and yellow onions. We included recipes for Kristen’s favorite soup “Mediterranean Shrimp Soup”, a “Citrus Brussels Pomegranate Salad” and even though we’ve shared it before it’s so good we had to share it again…Kathy’s favorite “Creamy Brussels Sprouts”! We also sent a tip for prepping your potatoes. We love what we do and we love our customers. All the positive texts and comments make us so happy! Full hearts! Thank you, thank you and enjoy! ☀️ ☮️❤️🥬

Not a huge fan of New Year’s resolutions, but always a fan of eating healthy and everyday offers new morning mercies. So cheers to the new year and our first box of 2024! We delivered a beautiful box filled with healthy choices. Broccoli, carrots, spaghetti squash, onion and Romaine lettuce along with blueberries, cantaloupe, red pears and two types of apples, Honey Crisp and Gala. We sent some great recipe suggestions including a delicious and healthy Chicken Broccoli soup by and Kristen shared her FAVORITE recipe for sautéing Spaghetti Squash. We also sent a Broccoli Apple & Pear Salad and an easy recipe for Roasted Carrots. We hope you enjoy and Lettuce know what you make. We love it when you share!
