Extras...couple of goodies looking to be rehomed just in time for the weekend.
3 qty cream cheese filled chocolate cupcakes. Made with einkorn sourdough and organic cream cheese.
2 qty carrot cakes made with organic carrots, crispy walnuts, einkorn and organic cream cheese.
Pm to claim these yummy treats. :)

'Tis the season....rhubarb! Rhubarb sauce made with our fresh chemical free rhubarb and infused local honey with organic oranges! Of course we used our homemade graham crackers made with our own einkorn and rye flour. Can't stop there...organic cream cheese and local pasture raised eggs and sucanat make up the yummy cheesecake. These will be available tomorrow at Manitowoc Farmers Market.

Heading to Nourish Farms for the Local Food Event. Lots of baked goods made with sprouted einkorn wheat and we even had time to pick fresh rhubarb! Event starts at 9 and goes until 2pm. Enjoy the wonderful day!
