Decided to share a tip today. Things they don’t teach at the classes yall paying all that money for. This is what happens when you have a slow moving product, and not shaking your bottles everyday. This is a slow moving product, so I left if out on purpose to share. So imagine the dark colors that you can’t see this floating in. Also this is cold ice and tempered ice. Again, if you don’t have a newer southern snow machine you will have to let your ice temper before putting it in the machine, if not you clog the chute, and have hard ice. The tempered ice is the top rte pic. If you need the ice sooner, put the fan on it for a few minutes.

First pic is tempered ice, second is how your ice should not look going into a southern snow machine unless you have a newer one with the larger motor. If I’m in a rush I put the fan on the ice for a few minutes, looking at the ice and knowing when it’s right will come with experience. Hope this help yall, tired of seeing post about the ice.😂😂😂😂😂
