Speaking of native things, we have my favorite sauce from Shandaddy's Sauces, Roasted Datil and Garlic. I know he grows at least some of the Datil peppers himself amd we all know the native St. Augustine Datil is objectively the best pepper.

Another reminder that I have changed my hours so that Friday I arrive between 12-1PM and Saturday to Sunday it is 10-11AM.
