The secret to clear, radiant skin isn’t just in your skincare—it’s in your routine, your mindset, and what you put in your body. ✨

My morning formula for glowing skin?
💚 A matcha latte for antioxidants + balanced energy
💦 A hydrating skincare routine to lock in moisture
🧘‍♀️ A slow, mindful start to keep stress levels low (because stress = breakouts!)

☁️ My go-to matcha latte recipe:
🍵 1 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha
💧 A splash of hot water (whisk until frothy!)
🥛 1 cup warm almond or oat milk
🍯 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for natural sweetness
✨ Blend, sip, & glow from the inside out!

Skincare steps while I sip:

but let me tell you—it's not just about your skincare products.

It's about feeding your skin from the inside out!

Here’s what worked for me:

Healthy fats = Avocados, nuts, and seeds for hydration and skin elasticity 🥑

Anti-inflammatory foods = Think leafy greens, turmeric, and berries to reduce redness and acne 🍓🍃

Protein = To keep skin strong and glowing, add plant-based proteins like quinoa and lentils 🍽️
