Welcome to Loop & Ladle 🌿✨

Hi, I’m Lynda Ung — founder of Loop & Ladle.

This brand was born from my personal journey toward organic wellness: living rooted in real food, grounded movement, and rhythms that help the body feel safe, nourished, and balanced.

Along that journey, I created Harmony Blend — my signature artisanal seasoning salt — because I needed a simple way to make healthy meals easier without sacrificing flavor. What started as a personal solution became a meaningful part of how I transformed and maintained my relationship with food.

Loop & Ladle is more than seasoning — it’s a space for connection, conversation, and support around the real challenges of cooking, nourishing ourselves, and creating meals that fit everyday life.

My hope is to inspire simple, flavorful wellness in every kitchen and to build a welcoming community where food feels approachable, joyful, and healing.
