ZimRidge Farm We are a boutique Organic Farm just West of Niwot. We practice permaculture and use no chemicals or pesticides...not even the organic kind!

The harvesting has begun. From tree to table our first crop of Montmorency Sour Cherries and the Norwegian Pancakes we made with them! Back in the day the areas around our farm was filled with cherry and apple trees. It seems to complete the circle with the success of our trees. Our first crop was rather small and we sold a bit to a local brewer who will make cherry beer!

A new kind of CSA is starting soon! The YOUR WAY CSA, allows you to choose when you need a box, no up front commitment! Each week we will post a ZimRidge Farm update. When crops are ready for harvest we will list the box contents for that week and the price. Just reserve your box and choose your pick up time. Our goal: Food raised the old fashioned way, with love and absolutely NO chemicals...not even the "Organic" types.
