Cakes by Joni I am a stay at home mom who loves making cakes for special events. I really enjoy learning a new cake decorating technique.

I started by taking classes at a votech and then I have just continued my learning through trial and error. I especially love using fondant because of it's smooth finish and I make homeade fondant that actually tastes good! I can make almost any flavor of cake and I typically cover it in buttercream and drape it with fondant, but also do buttercream only on cakes.
