Cakes by Joni I am a stay at home mom who loves making cakes for special events. I really enjoy learning a new cake decorating technique.

I started by taking classes at a votech and then I have just continued my learning through trial and error. I especially love using fondant because of it's smooth finish and I make homeade fondant that actually tastes good! I can make almost any flavor of cake and I typically cover it in buttercream and drape it with fondant, but also do buttercream only on cakes.

Hello! Just so everyone knows that I'm back in business making cakes. However, with 3 kiddo's now, my time is limited! Let me know when you will need a cake so you can get on my calendar. First come, first serve! Looking forward to a great 2014!

Hey Everyone! Thank you all for your support of my cake adventures. I have enjoyed serving so many of you and look forward to many more cakes. However, I'm going to take a little break as I await the arrival of our 3rd child and recover after he is born. I will probably be ready again about October.
