Not sure which cracker flavor to buy? Here are the customer favorites so far in 2025 ⬇️
1. Thyme & Pistachio: The OG, the one that started it all, and still after 1.5 years the best seller. Shortbread style texture, fresh thyme flavor, real ground pistachios and a touch of maple syrup. It is also Christina Spleen Webster 's favorite so it can never come off the menu.
2. Allium & Herb: What is allium? And what herb is in it? Despite the sometimes confusing name, this is the first “crispy” style cracker I made using the pizza flour from Ground Up Grain . Featuring fresh garlic powder & onion (both from the allium family) plus a hint of chili powder and homegrown Thai basil, this one has been a hit since I released it earlier this summer.
3. Leek & Sweet Potato: I love growing leeks, even though they take a really long time (start indoors in January, harvest late summer). I take the entire plant, white stalk and green leaves, and dehydrate it into a powder with a perfect sweet onion flavor. After combining with sweet potato and baking, the kitchen starts smelling like soup & thanksgiving stuffing in the best possible way.
4. Rosemary & Maple: Oh what could have been. This was easily the best seller - even better than Thyme & Pistachio - early in the season, then I ran out of the local flour I was using and I couldn’t secure more of it. I have been telling myself I need to bring it back with an alternative flour, and I am happy to report it will likely come back to join the Thanksgiving menu using another local flour from Ground Up Grain.
5. Sage & Brown Butter: This one made the list even though I only started selling it about 6 weeks ago. It is an adaptation of an old flavor - Sage & Apple - but using brown butter. Crispy, simple, and very addicting.
Big shout out to Haverhill Farmers' Market and all of the customers for a great first season
