Microgreens in the wild.
I love when my customers send me pictures of their food. At markets I always ask how folks are using them, and people share with enthusiasm. Knowing someone was just so delighted by their meal that they had to send a photo, or two, along with the ingredients list …that’s next level.
What’s for on the menu this time? An egg poached in scallion olive oil, avocado, all on bread w/ Comte cheese, and Shindig’s Leek Microgreens. As told my by customer, “I just can’t help myself.” And why would he?
