2024 gratitude continued. thank you to ALL of our customers near & far, restaurant & storefront vendors, old friends & new, guests who have appreciated the cabin & Ojala, foodies who enjoyed BLTs stacked high with our heirlooms & our avocados in the delish guac at , everyone who bought a jar of honey all the way up to multiple 5 gallon buckets… you make this fun. we appreciate you so much 💛

We’ve got beautiful Hass avocados of all shapes & sizes, gorgeously fragrant passionfruit, big zesty lemons, huge duck eggs by the 6-pack, and our famous Hoshigaki dried persimmons in snack pack size bags.
You can always call or text us if you’re looking for our honey or persimmons by the pound - Cory’s number is listed at the stand!
As always, cash is preferred (green cash box is on the right side), but Venmo is available. Your Venmo may take a moment since service is spotty up here - just take a picture for when you’re back in service!
The sun is shining and it’s a lovely day for a drive. Reminder, our stand is the wooden one at the base of the tree at the suspension bridge just past Camino Cielo. (And that bridge is definitely not open to the public, don’t make the bridge troll unhappy!)

When I say there is nothing Cory cannot do, I mean it, and his new obsession with one of a kind charcuterie boards from fallen wood around Ojala and friends’ properties here in town truly exemplifies that. Save some talent for the rest of us, man! Feeling excited to get these into our shop, even if it’s after Christmas and the major gifting season - so in honor of all that, this beauty is available in our Etsy shop at 30% off, til she finds her new home. The problem is, I fall in love with all of the boards he makes and want to keep them all, but there’s only so many cheese plates one can make! (Even me!) What a lovely thing to find in your inbox on this first day of September 📩
Our many thanks to and for taking notice of the painstaking process for drying persimmons. Traditions like these are quickly becoming a lost art, and we so appreciate the spotlight on this little thing we do together by twilight on (soon approaching) cool fall and winter evenings. 🌕
We are currently sold out of Hoshigaki, but if you join our mailing list on our website (link in bio), you can be the first to know when this year’s crop is ready to go. And oh yeah, the website. Forgot to announce we finally got around to that! So, it’s as good a time as any to let you know that it’s there, and it’s simple, straightforward, and ready to go. 💻

🥚 Eggs are finally back at the stand! 🥚

🦆 6-packs of duck eggs are $6 🦆 you can find them in the blue cooler next to the stand.

These are BIG and beautiful! Great for baking (an ideal activity in this cozy weather we’re having), or just fried over easy for a decadent breakfast treat. When we have the time, duck egg pasta is *chefs kiss* 🤌🏼

Don’t freak if the eggs aren’t perfectly clean! We do not want to disrupt their natural bloom - wash only just before you’re ready to enjoy. If you do feel the urge to wash ASAP, they need to go right into the fridge, not left out at room temp.

Just added to the stand - passionfruit! Did you know passionfruit grows on vines, which have the most beautiful and unique flowers? We recently made passionfruit & citrus bars - think lemon bars but with passionfruit, lemon, orange & lime - and they were so delicious! We freeze the juice and use it all year long. We even made gummy bears last year! What do you do with passionfruits? Should Katie do a video on her quick and easy method for juicing them?
