Our last five batches have been our best yet.
Finding the right balance of time, temperature, and humidity has been one of the biggest challenges in crafting premium beef jerky. After a lot of testing and refinement, we finally feel like we’re dialing it in.
The texture, flavor, and overall quality are getting closer than ever to the product we’ve always envisioned. Excited to see where this version of Uptown Jerky takes us. 🔥
