Celebrate the season with a Spiced Apple Ham!

Jamestown Bone-In Spiral Half Ham - $1.29/lb
Martinelli's Organic Apple Juice- $1.99
Autumn Glory Apples, 2 lb - $1.99
Onion
Dark brown sugar
Cloves
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Optional: Lettuce for decor
How to cook it:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees
2. While its preheating get your glaze ready! In a saucepan add 1.5 C apple juice, 0.5 C brown sugar, 0.5 of cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon each. Mix, bring to a boil then reduce to summer for approximately 15 mins so it can thicken.
3. In a baking dish, place your ham and 0.5 C of apple juice into the dish. Next, brush on half of the glaze made and cover with foil.
4. Follow instructions on packaging- bake at 325 degrees for 10- 15 mins per pound of ham.
5. With 20 min left in baking, add sliced apples and sliced onions. Place ham, uncovered, back into the oven. .
