We have an unauthorized hatching today!! This hen snuck into the garden and hid in a bunch of leaves in a bin that was on its side. I heard chirping today and found her with a little newly hatched baby - maybe 24 hrs old. She had quite a few eggs (mostly rottenšŸ¤¢) one of the other eggs is chirping. Put the chirping one and 3 others that seem to be developed but no moving and chirping. I brought her inside in one of my tote brooders. I am sooo praying that these eggs don't explode in the house. Life finds a way!
