My daughter came up with design for the cake and helped me with the whole process. Bottom layer is cookies cream with a fudgy layer and cookie crunch. Top layer is vanilla with sprinkles that spilled out. There was enough bunny butts for all the kids to get one ☺️.

So happy I could help celebrate the wonderful teachers at my kids school for teacher appreciation week. The theme was Dr. Seuss. It’s a full sheet cake, half vanilla and half chocolate with a vanilla buttercream frosting.

Tested out a new chocolate chip cookie recipe. They turned out great.
