🌱 Growing something special for one of our partners.

This week we’re growing Empress of India Nasturtium for our friends at El Divino.

These deep green, round leaves carry a bold peppery flavor with a beautiful presentation that chefs love. Perfect for brightening up plates, adding texture, and bringing a little kick to a dish.

At Galway Microgreens Farm, we grow everything fresh and deliver directly to the kitchens that support local agriculture.
