Looking for something to do with all those amazing garden/farmers market veggies?

How about a vegetable bake?

We took
1 graffiti eggplant
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
5 Roma tomatoes
3 tbsp of our Vegetable rub
1/4 cup of our medium intensity EVOO

Tossed it all together and put it in a baking pan to roast at 425°F until cooked through and lightly browned. (45-60 min depending on your pan and oven)

Sweet and savory. Cozy yet deliciously light.

Add a little flavor to life!

We can’t believe it’s the last week to find Waldo around Jenkintown!

Happy 250th 4th of July!

Before you start your day’s festivities, be sure to stop by the Glenside Farmer’s Market today. We have all the olive oils and balsamics you’d need to accompany the wonderful produce available from our friends at Lone Wolf and Musser Family Farm.

The temperatures not bad and there is a cool breeze. Come early and stay cool.
