We’re thrilled to welcome our two new hydroponic farm hands, who’ve hit the ground growing! One is diving deep into seeding + propagation, while the other is mastering the art of harvesting + packing—and both are cross-training to support every part of the farm cycle.

From tray to table, they’re helping us grow more efficiently, more beautifully, and with even more love 🌿💪

Every garnish is packed with flavor and nutrition thanks to our fresh microgreens! Yes, you can eat everything on the tray — and we did. We snacked so much we didn’t even need dinner. The perfect balance of cheese, crunch, and greens? Say less.
