🍝 Beef Meatballs Recipe (Juicy & Tender) 🥰

🛒 Ingredients
1 lb (500g) ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or mixed herbs)
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
2 tbsp oil (for frying)

👩‍🍳 Instructions
Soak breadcrumbs
Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Mix everything
Add ground beef, egg, garlic, onion, cheese, salt, pepper, seasoning, and parsley.
Mix gently (don’t overmix to keep it juicy).
Shape
Roll into small balls (about 1–1.5 inches).
Cook
Pan-fry: Heat oil in a pan. Cook meatballs 8–10 minutes, turning until browned and cooked through.
OR Bake: 400°F (200°C) for 10 mins for extra flavor.

🍝 Simple Meatball Sauce:
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste
Simmer meatballs in the sauce for 10–15 minutes.

🍽 Best Served With:
Mashed potatoes
Steamed rice (Pinoy style!)
Toasted bread

🍗 Easy Creamy Chicken Pasta (15–20 minutes)

🛒 Ingredients:
• 250 g pasta (penne, spaghetti, or macaroni)
• 1 cup cooked chicken (boiled or fried, sliced)
• 2 tbsp butter or oil
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 cup all-purpose cream or heavy cream
• ½ cup milk
• ¼ cup grated cheese (cheddar or parmesan)
• Salt and pepper
• Optional: mushrooms, corn, or broccoli

👩‍🍳 Steps:
1. Boil pasta in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
3. Add chicken (and veggies if using). Stir for 1–2 minutes.
4. Pour in cream and milk. Stir until slightly thick.
5. Add cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
6. Add cooked pasta and mix until coated with sauce.

🌟 Easy Tips:
• Too thick? Add more milk.
• No cream? Use evaporated milk + a little cheese.
• Add bacon or shrimp for extra yummy taste 😋
