We have two full beefs available for purchase in May. If they don’t sell in 1/4, 1/2, or full we’ll add it to the freezer for smaller bundles.

However - if you’re considering purchasing a larger quantity- we take payments! We can start taking payments now and then you can pay the rest off at butcher time. Hit us up if you have any questions!
