Deb Bee's Pantry Debbee's Pantry I have always wanted to make my own jellies, but the task always seemed so daunting. Well, you see, my mom never did anything in small amounts.

My mom was a canner and when she canned things it would take her days. So in my mind, if I was going to can something it was going to be a huge task. Well, one day, I was on Houseparty.com and they were looking for people who wanted to throw a home party for Ball Canning. Ball wanted to promote their products. This party was akin to a Tupperware party but noone was asked to buy anything. Instead,

I made salsa and jalapeno jelly ahead of time and during the party we made Mango/Orange Habenero Jelly and everyone got to take home a jar of each. It was so much fun. And as the saying goes, the rest is history. After that home party I just started canning up a storm. I have made several different pepper jellies, regular jellies, marmalades, red chili enchilada sauce and salsa. I has recently tried my hand at Meyer Lemon Curd and must say... YUMMY!! The Name Debbee's Pantry is of course based on my real name, Debbie. Debra means Bee in Hebrew. So I took a play on that and came up with DebBEE's Pantry. Our mascot is of course the Queen Bee herself, Debbee!

Made 75 pints of enchilada sauce and 34 jars of jam (250 total jams!) My body is not happy with me, put I’m proud of what I accomplished! Johnny’s not happy with me either. Look at that glare! He wants to cuddle with me!!

I have 6 more batches to make and then it’s on to making my Mild Red Chili Enchilada Sauce.

I also have regular (non-habanero) jams.

Hi Friends and Family! I will once again be attending the PYC Craft Fair to sell my Regular Fruit Jams, Habanero Fruit Jams, and my Mild Red Chili Enchilada Sauce. Besides being great for your own personal pleasure, they make great holiday gifts, hostess gifts, just because gifts, etc.!!

The Craft Fair is Saturday, October 22 - 10:00 am - 3:00 PM
The Pittsburg Yacht Club is located at 3 Marina Blvd. Pittsburg, CA 94565

I will include the flyer in the pictures below.

My current inventory of regular fruit jams is shown below. I will not be making any additional jars. They are in limited supply. If you want any of them, please pre-order to ensure you get the one you want.

Also shown below is the list of Fruit Habanero Jams I will be making. You can also pre-order these to make sure you get the flavors you want.

All jams are half pint jars and cost $8.50 each
The enchilada sauce is a pint jar for $7.50. You can pre-order this as well.

All pre-orders are greatly appreciated.

I can ship. I only charge the actually shipping rate, no added handling fee.
