MEAT Mike... Mike has been our cutting room manager for a lonnnnnnng time, almost 30 years! Mike is responsible for most of what happens back in our cutting room, but his talent is most evident in the beef case, where he has spent many years finessing the art of carving! He spends countless hours carving up those holiday roasts and training the new butchers! He can't wait to MEAT you...

A: Denzel Washington
2. What languages do you wish you could speak?
A: Spanish
3. if you were a spice, which would you be and why?
A: Cinnamon, because if mixed with the right spices it is really tasty, but alone it can be either really good or really... not so good!
4. What is something you did as a child that you wish you still had time to do every day?
A: Seeing my friends who are no longer here.
