🦋Pics from the 2026 Carnegie Butterfly Festival!🦋

Thank you to everyone who made this event possible and thank you to everyone who took a free native nectar! We ran out of plants in record time again. The Shade Tree Commission will be handing out plants again next year, but in the mean time you can learn more about native gardening.

Thanks to all of our events, the population of the Monarch Butterfly and other native nectars are slowly rebounding.

We also had a pretty good farmers market yesterday 😉

We are very happy to be giving away FREE native nectars for your gardens for another year! While you're there, feel free to learn more about the Monarch Butterfly and conservation from local community organizations. Also be sure to bring the kids as we'll have free games and activities!
