It's been too busy to post sometimes as we grind through the market season. But here's a bit of what we have been up too!

We enjoyed Summer Truffles from Italy thanks to Dakota Mushrooms & Microgreens

Busy with garden produce hot peppers have been amazing! We did a Habanero popper stuffed with Lions Mane and Cream Cheese.

Harvested a good amount Huitlacoche aka Corn S**t and made some delicious Tacos.

Lucky to have found some Chicken of the Woods to deep fry!

Harvesting a nice crop of Elderberry for duel extracted tincture.

Put in the raised Almond Agaricus beds and have been keeping an eye on our Ginseng test bed.
