No markets for us tonight but we’re still hard at work bottling and getting new batches into the fermentation jars. This is a neat line up to show the progression of the fermentation cycle. The jar to the left has been going for 2 weeks, middle 1 week and right was started today. I enjoy having these on the counter to look at and of course the end results!
