We have fresh eggs available, but with today’s high reaching 92°F, it’s a bit too hot to leave them sitting in the stand. Even with an ice pack, we can’t take the chance.

If you’d like eggs today, send us a message and we can arrange pickup directly from us. We’d rather keep them cool than leave them out in the heat.

The forecast looks much better tomorrow, so we plan to restock the stand then.

🌱 Weekly Dirt — Week of June 7th

The stand will be stocked this Saturday!

☀️ A quick update: Unfortunately, we won’t be stocking the stand on Friday this week due to the heat index. We’ll be waiting for cooler temperatures and stocking everything on Saturday instead.

What you can expect:

Garlic scapes are the curly flower stalks from garlic plants. They’re great chopped into stir-fries, added to soups, blended into pesto, roasted, or used anywhere you’d like a mild garlic flavor. We’ll let everyone know as soon as they’re ready!
