I know I just introduced a new scone flavor last week… but I couldn’t help myself 😅

This week’s new flavor: Rum Raisin ✨

These sourdough scones are packed with juicy raisins, warm cinnamon, vanilla, and a touch of rum flavor, then finished with a warm rum glaze. Cozy, buttery, and made for a good cup of coffee.

This one took a few test batches to get just right, and I’m really happy with where it landed.

Here’s the bake day lineup for Saturday, May 16 ✨

New this week: Lemon Poppy Seed Sourdough Scones 🍋 a flavor I’ve been wanting to make for a while now. These scones are buttery, tender, bright with lemon flavor, finished with a sweet glaze, and made with sourdough starter for extra depth and softness.

And yes, cinnamon rolls are back this week too 🤎

This is a flavor I’ve been thinking on for a while, and I’m so happy to finally bring it to life 🍋 These Lemon Poppy Seed Sourdough Scones are buttery, tender, and full of bright citrus flavor with a tiny crunch from poppy seeds. Finished with a sweet lemon glaze and made with sourdough starter for extra softness and depth, they feel like the perfect spring bake. Cozy, fresh, and so good. On next weeks menu!!

New menu is live for Bake Day on April 18!

Cherry almond scones are making their return, and we’re phasing out the Cadbury egg cookies. They had a good run, but something new is in the works… just a few final tweaks before it’s ready to hit the menu.

Bake day and porch pickup are officially wrapped up, and wow… what a busy one.

This week, you all showed up for the sweets. My table was filled with treats over loaves, and you guys completely sold me out of all three scones, the Cadbury egg cookies, and the focaccia… leaving nothing but bread behind.

I’m so grateful for every single order. Thank you for supporting my little bakery and making it such a fun, full day.

Easter Menu is almost here and I am excited to share the menu with you!

Bake day will be Saturday, April 4th and this menu is filled with some favorites along with a few holiday touches. For Easter, all scones will be offered in 4 count boxes only, perfect for sharing with family or adding something special to your table.

The lemon blueberry focaccia is making a return and I know many of you have been waiting for this one.
