Okay folks we are running it back. Now with ✨photo examples✨. We are keeping the fruity one even though everybody in existence just wants quadruple pistachio.

According to your brilliant feedback we will be offering a small(er) version of each flavor as well this go around.

Smalls (bout 6-7 in) will be on sale for $25 while the larges (10 in 😱) will be $40. Pints go for 10 each or 4 for 30. Custom pint flavors available if you get 6 or more (of the same flavor). Please don’t ask for 13 though. We work in multiples of 6 in this joint.

Orders will be open till the 20th, with pickup at the cafe from the 21st-23rd during normal business hours— that’s 8am-4pm.

If you just want the one slice, come to on Dec 20th between 11-3 (early before we sell out). We might also have some slices at the cafe but I won’t promise it!

Extra special one time only sorbet flavor coming up!

We got these absolutely gorgeous tomatillos from the lovely .farm at the equally lovely and couldn’t help but whip up a flavor.

A melange of sweet and tangy tomatillos, juicy honeydew melon, zippy lime juice and zest, and fresh mint make this flavor something not to be missed! Scooping till it’s gone at farmers markets!

We’re calling it “tomatillo-ito” since tomatillo honeydew, lime, and mint doesn’t fit on our menu… name suggestions are welcome

Gelato/sorbet pictured is lemon x watermelon, GORGEOUS raspberry, and some dreamy vanilla sandwiched between a damn good apricot.

We are opening a brick and mortar!! Name might be confusing but we want to bring a bit of ourselves to our new space. Don’t fret! We will still be at all our farmers markets.

To start with we will be keeping it simple, serving coffee, simple food and of course, gelato & sorbet! Stay tuned for more down the road, we have a lot of exciting things planned! Come by on Tuesday for our first day!

So obviously I was a little lazy and late posting our schedule this week, but better late then never!! Find us on Saturday and on Sunday.

Flavors are still up in the air but I am willing to promise that we will have Pistachio gelato at BOTH markets… probably vanilla too. Also I’ll definitely have peaches and cream at millbrook and definitely have cherry stracciatella at beacon… other than that you’re just gonna have to trust me 😉
