With temperatures in the 70s and ideal weather in the forecast, it's a perfect time to come out, get to know your local vendors, and stop by our table for some fresh microgreens.

Many local farmers markets kick off next month and we could not be more ready. There is nothing quite like that first market day of the season with fresh produce, familiar faces, and the kind of unhurried moments that reminds you why you love this time of year.

At Wee Mite Microgreens we will be there with freshly cut microgreens packed in compostable clamshells and for your furry family members we have live wheatgrass too. 🐱🐶

We're excited to share a meaningful milestone for Wee Mite Microgreens 🌱

After completing the GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) Certificate Program, we’re taking another step forward in strengthening our commitment to food safety, transparency, and responsible growing practices.

This program challenged me to look deeper at every stage of the process — from seed sourcing and sanitation to harvest and handling — and refine systems that support consistency and trust. For our chefs, customers, and our community, it means an even stronger foundation behind every tray we grow.

Thank you for supporting a small, local farm that believes mindful growing and high standards can go hand in hand. I’m grateful to be on this journey with such an incredible community.

UPDATE: unfortunately the forecast has a 50% chance of thunder and lightning and an estimate of over a 1/2” of rain during the 5pm hour and as such I won’t be setting up.

This Tuesday marks the final Hudson MA Farmers Market of the 2025 season, and what better way to celebrate than with the bold, aromatic taste of basil microgreens!
