Hi Everyone,

After an incredible year of serving you from our brick-and-mortar location, we want to share that Underhill Cheese Co will be closing our storefront as we shift focus to the next chapter of our journey.

We are transitioning into a catering-only model, and while we’re not quite ready to reveal all the details just yet, know that exciting things are in the works. We hope to be back up and running by next Spring—bigger and better than ever.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support, enthusiasm, and love over this past year. You’ve made this experience unforgettable, and we can’t wait to continue sharing our passion for cheese with you in new ways.

Known as “the king of cheese,” Comté is a French Gruyère that’s been aged to perfection for 10–12 months. Made from the milk of Montbéliard cows in the Jura mountains of France, it’s rich, nutty, and full of complex flavor.

Whether you melt it into a cozy fondue, slice it for a cheese board, or snack on it with crisp apples and almonds—Comté always delivers.

Big Sandwich News 🥪❤️

First off—thank you. The love you’ve shown our sandwiches this past year has truly blown us away. So much so, they’ve nearly taken over our little cheese & specialty ingredient shop!

After a short break and lots of thought, we’ve made a decision that we hope strikes the right balance:
🧀 Starting today, Monday the 19th, sandwiches are back—
but in a slightly new format:
✅ We’re offering our top 5 sandwiches, made fresh daily in limited quantities
✅ Once we sell out for the day, we’ll still have light bites available
✅ Sandwich boards for catering are still available with 24-hour notice
✅ Fan favorites that didn’t make the core list may return as specials

This shift helps us continue doing what we love without stretching our small team too thin. Thank you for your patience, your enthusiasm, and your continued support. You’ve helped shape this next chapter, and we’re so grateful 💛🧀
