How do we like to our Sweet Potato Pies? In order to set my flavor above the norm, I Brown my butter, Bake sweet my potatoes and I add maple with homemade Vanilla, vitality essential oils, and, I also use a 1/2 press technique in my crust to make it ultra flaky.
