Is this heat over yet!? ๐Ÿฅต Something I never thought I would sayโ€ฆ but here we are. The farmstand will be closed this weekendโ€ฆ canned goods + high heat is not a good combination.

High Heat this summer + inventory getting wiped out early on meant the stand hasnโ€™t been open too much. Now that the weather is starting to cool down, weโ€™re planning on having it open through the end of October.

On a whim, I wanted to do cut flowers & so I planted a Zinnia patch.

We have seen hummingbirds, butterflies, and check out this beautiful butterfly that my dad noticed over the weekend.

It has brought so much beauty and life this summer, it will definitely become a regular in our gardens.

My 9-5 took me to Limerick, PA this week, and on the last morning this roadside farm stand caught my eye. I decided about 0.2 seconds later that on my way out of work, I HAD to stop.

I am so glad that I did, there were so many great looking options - eggplants, squash, jalapeรฑos, eggs, & tomatoes. Of course, I grabbed a couple containers of their sweet & cherry tomatoes to eat on my flight home! And of course, they were halfway gone before I even got back to the hotel. ๐Ÿคช
