Why do we raise beef the way we do?�Because it’s the same beef we feed our own family.

We believe in doing things the right way—from start to finish. That means quality feed, proper care, and raising cattle with respect for both the animals and the land. The result? Beef that’s not only delicious, but responsibly raised.

Our process starts at birth, where calves spend their first months out on pasture with their mothers. Around six months, they’re weaned and transitioned to the feedlot, where their nutrition is carefully managed.

We begin with a high-forage, low-grain total mixed ration (TMR), then gradually adjust their diet to support healthy growth. Every step is intentional—because quality matters.
