Dip and Dollop has a limited quantity of our last batch of Cuban Black Beans still available. This is my mom's recipe from Cuba. Heat and serve with tortilla chips for an easy dip or with rice for a bowl of comfort! Loaded with pureed fresh vegetables. Vegan and Gluten Free.

Looking forward to tomorrow for our first time at the Wilmette Farmers Market. We are a couple from Riverside, where we produce each small batch of That Red Sauce and Abuelita's Cuban Black Beans. That Red Sauce is Kevin's own creation. Use on the side with anything off the grill or to create a meal of any ingredients including pasta, bread, vegie rice bowls. It's not spicy, but it is full of flavor! Abuelita's Cuban Black Beans recipe has been in our family for generations. The thick, creamy beans are simmered for hours. They are traditionally eaten with rice. That's a meal in itself. Such an easy dip with tortilla chips!

Sunday, August 2 from 9:00 - 1:00 Dip and Dollop LLC will be selling That Red Sauce and Abuelita's Cuban Black Beans at the Western Springs Farmers Market. It's located in front of the Metra train station and the water tower. Kevin and Gloria would love to see you there!

Dip and Dollop will be selling at two farmers markets this weekend. Saturday, 8:00-1:00 in Lisle, next to a lovely park and playground. Sunday 9:00-1:00 in Western Springs, in front of the Metra station and water tower. You can stock up on That Red Sauce and Abuelita's Cuban Black Beans. We just made a new batch.

Dip and Dollop will be sellling That Red Sauce and Abuelita's Cuban Black Beans at two Farmers Markets this weekend. On Saturday, July 18 from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. we'll be at the Lisle Farmers Market and on Sunday, July 19 from 9:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M. we'll be at the Western Springs Farmers Market. Hope to see you there! There is plenty of free parking at both locations. The Western Springs Market is right across from the Metra Station and the water tower, and the Metra Station bathroom is clean, air conditioned, and open.

Dip and Dollop L.L.C. was established in 2019, although the partnership was in 1983, when we tied the knot. Kevin has been cooking for friends and family since day one. Now our two products are available directly from us in Riverside. We will deliver to your door. If you like we can gift box That Red Sauce. Amazon is an other easy was to purchase That Red Sauce. It will arrive to you packaged in a white gift box. Sunday, June 21 we will be at the Glen Ellyn Farmers Market from 8:00 - 1:00. Stay tuned for future locations.
