Hello, Roanoke! September is National Preparedness Month!
As Texans, we know emergencies and disasters can happen at any time. In fact, Texas ranks #2 in the nation for FEMA disaster declarations. From the devastating floods in Central Texas to wildfires right next door, recent events are important reminders that being prepared matters.
The steps we take today can make a big difference in how we handle the emergencies of tomorrow.
