Mom caught a beautiful sunrise this morning. Im not sure you can convince me there is a more beautiful and peaceful place than this valley.

People still ask me a lot, why do you live out in the middle of nowhere?! Isn't that a long drive? Would you ever consider moving to X area for work?

Short answer: No. Because I want to. Long answer: absolutely not, I dont mind the drive. Leave me where theres more trees and animals than humans.

With her brother down, and her feral nature in general, Farm Girl is doing work today.

After the farrier left and she was doing turn out, a couple of the pig tails needed fixing so off she went to handle it on her own. Then she came right back to help bathe the new guardian pups.

We're raising this one feral and capable over here.
