Today’s delicious find is SilverLeaf Extra Virgin Garlic Olive Oil—an easy way to add rich garlic flavor to almost anything you’re cooking.

Use it for dipping warm bread, tossing with pasta, sautéing vegetables, marinating chicken, finishing soups or making the most irresistible roasted potatoes.

🥔 GARLIC PARMESAN ROASTED POTATOES

Ingredients:

• 1½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
• 3 tablespoons SilverLeaf Garlic Olive Oil
• ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• Chopped parsley for serving

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Toss the potatoes with the garlic olive oil, Parmesan, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Arrange cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Finish with fresh parsley and an extra drizzle of garlic olive oil.
