Last chance to come ‘n git it! NYS Maple Weekend comes to a close today at 4.

This is your last chance for fresh panny-cakes, hot syrup, and Tri-Town sausage. So, come on by between 9 and 1.

Of course, tours and syrup are available any time the gate is open, year ‘round, here at Shamrock Maple Products!

It’s maple weekend we are open 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday and Sunday there will be a tour and you can get pancakes from 9:00 to 1:00. We restocked on gallons. We also got enough sap saved to boil both days.

Shamrock Maple had a very successful first Maple Weekend! We were very lucky to see many of our friends, old and new!

The second Maple Weekend of 2026, is this coming weekend! We hope that this weekend is filled with just as many smiling faces, ready for some delicious maple syrup!

We will be open Saturday and Sunday 3/28 & 29 from 8am-4pm. We will be serving a pancake and sausage breakfast from 9am-1pm, both days.

If you are coming from Hopkinton we are approximately 7 miles from the end of the road, on the left .

If you are coming from St. Regis Falls we are approximately 3 miles from the public boat launch, just past the county trail sign, on the right.

From either direction, please look for the bright green tubing in the woods along the road! The driveway is in the middle of a curve. We will have an “Open” flag flying at the entrance.

We will also have plenty of tasty treats to take home including:

-Maple Syrup
-Bourbon Barrel aged Maple Syrup
-Maple Cream
-Soft Maple Candies
-Maple Sugar
-Maple Floss (Cotton Candy)

Oh baby! We had 126 friends come by today for the first day of NYS Maple Weekend!

Did I mention babies? Not only are we handicap accessible, we have a baby changing station AND high chairs to make everyone feel welcome!

Come on by tomorrow or next weekend from 8-4 for tours, or 9-1 for fresh pancakes and sausage.

The first Maple Weekend of 2026 is quickly approaching! We hope to see you all at Shamrock Maple for our open house and pancake breakfast!
