The new and improved Black Sesame Mascarpone Torte! Customers loved this cake with 7 layers (plus whipped cream on top) and the rich black sesame flavor. We sold out of them in two days and had to make more!

OPEN SESAME! Our latest new product is the black sesame mascarpone torte, made of black sesame lady fingers sandwiched between layers of black sesame panna cotta and black sesame mascarpone cream, on top of a black sesame cookie crust.

The perfect fusion of Asian and French ingredients make for a heavenly pastry.

We wish all of you a happy, healthy and prosperous Lunar New Year! We made pineapple cakes from scratch to celebrate the Year of the Ox! Do you know it took 200 lbs of fresh pineapples to make 50 lbs of our special pineapple filling? The cakes turned out yummy, not overly sweet, a slight bit tart and chock full of pineapple flavor.

In addition to a braided version, the trio (coconut, sesame, and taro) bread also comes in mini-cube loaf pan size. The mini cube loaves can be easily sliced to make toasts.
