Being a farmers market vendor means working in every weather condition. From extreme heat to rain. Whether you come out and brave the elements with us, we are there. Sales have been down much more than usual, which sometimes means most days I’m breaking even or even losing money. And after 6 weeks of heatwaves I wasn’t looking forward to a tropical storm hitting San Diego this weekend. Do you think SDGE will let me pay my bills with compliments this month??

Our Zucchino Fresco has quickly become a fan favorite for our customers! Made with fresh zucchini, roasted garlic, tomato, onion & fresh basil and then blended to perfection. It’s no wonder this sauce is so popular! It’s a great way to sneak veggies into your meal, feed picky eaters and that added veg cuts the acidity to really give this sauce a well balanced flavor!

This sauce was inspired by my godmother’s sauce- light, flavorful & designed to lightly coat your pasta for a light and fresh meal!! 😋🍝
