Chicken Cilantro Wonton Soup Recipe

2 containers of Trader Joe’s Miso Ginger Broth (may substitute for chicken broth)
1 Bag Trader Joe’s Chicken Cilantro Mini Wontons
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
6 ounces sugar snap peas
5 ounces shredded carrots
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
Chopped green onion
Trader Joe’s Crunchy Chili Onion
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a large stock pot with 2 tablespoons olive oil
Once the pan is nice and hot add the mushrooms to the pan and leave untouched for a couple minutes
After the mushroom have lightly browned on one side (about3-4 minutes) add sugar snap peas, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and garlic power or minced garlic and give everything a quick stir for about 1 minute

Add the 2 containers of miso ginger broth and bring to a boil
Add to the boiling pot the wontons, shredded carrots and cook for 2 minutes
Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and the green onion
Adjust seasoning as needed
Pour or ladle soup into a bowl and top with desired amount of Trader Joe’s crunchy chili onion (suggestion: start with 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon per bowl and add more until desired heat level)

I utilize a platform called dumpling. This app allows you to place an order directly with me for ANY store that takes a debit card. This is my own small business. I manage my schedule and build a relationship with my customers. For example, I get to know your favorite brands and if you have dietary restrictions or what your favorite flavor of ice cream. If I come across a coupon or see it’s on sale, I will let you know.
