With large daily temperature swings, Colorado fruit has super high brix levels – it becomes sweeter and more flavorful.
At Big B’s, they use the highest quality press available. We press the apples in small batches in a Good Nature squeeze press which allows the most flavor and solids from the apples to remain in the juice. They keep their juices unfiltered to keep the true apple taste.
They blend a variety of sweet and tart apples in each batch of juice that they make. This blend allows them to get a great balance of flavor in each bottle.
