Today’s picks, the last of the fava beans, the first apricots (I even got some before the vermin!) and one avocado. See 2nd pic for scale. They are enormous. It’s really a bit early for this variety but I found the remains of one in the middle of the path this morning along with some very unripe green figs. Ripe 1 vermin 2. Darn, they are always ahead.

CinQuat Jam! It’s sinfully delicious, around 95% fruit, and available now. Over the past two weeks, I’ve made over 20 jars. It’s a mix of loquats, kumquats, tangerine juice with a bit of ginger and cinnamon mixed in. Super tasty!
