As you can see we are stumblin in to an hectic loop of birthdays- next up is the twins which means that we will be having "triplets" in the house for a few months since bigsister is 9 months older🤍

“When my third child was 18 months old, we decided to start trying for our last baby. We wanted all of our kids to be close in age. I got pregnant pretty quickly and we were SO happy. Everything was going well, until one night when I started spotting. I figured it was implantation bleeding and didn’t think too much of it–until it started getting worse. I ended up in the ER where I was told I was most likely experiencing a miscarriage. This began some of the hardest few weeks of my life. On top of the unbearable emotional pain and thoughts of your body failing you, you’re greeted with the intense physical pain of losing a pregnancy–the bleeding, the cramps. I wasn’t prepared for any of it. But we got through it. A few short months later, I found out I was pregnant again. I had barely had time to grieve the previous pregnancy. I decided not to get excited. Weeks passed and we got to hear the heartbeat, then we found out our precious baby was a girl. Every moment that should have been filled with happiness and joy was overshadowed by fear and anxiety. The fear never fully faded until they laid her on my chest and I heard her cry. That was the first moment that I felt peace and closure in over a year. My rainbow baby girl changed my life and made me a much stronger person and mom. I am so, so grateful for her.”

Its true 💁‍♀️Contrary to what MOM GUILT tells you.. ⁣

You can love your kids like crazy and still love when bedtime rolls around. ⁣
⁣
I got the best surprise FaceTime from one of my closest friends yesterday. We had a good laugh about the chaos that is motherhood and how hard it is to find a minute for yourself. ⁣
⁣
Somedays, a lot of days really, the only time we get to ourselves is when the kids are sleeping. ⁣
⁣
Even then there are the dishes, the laundry, and whatever else needs your attention. ⁣
⁣
I love my kids immeasurably... but damn... I love it when they go to bed. ⁣
⁣
Anyone else pumped for bedtime tonight 🙌🏼🤷🏻‍♀️⁣

"Oh hello, I eat a broccoli floret and I can fart myself to the moon. I leave the house for beers and I have to wear elastic waist pants. My PMS body shape is four months pregnant.

But hey, that’s okay, we all bloat and I don’t care how unladylike it is to talk about it. It’s okay to constantly consider eating less salt, to google debloating smoothies, to hire a nutritionist, to pop anti-gas pills, to go to the doctor for extensive checkups, and if a portion of your wardrobe is flowy or oversize to hide the “belly of shame”. It’s a human body, doing its thing."
