Last night Catered Eats catered a 10 person dinner party under the stars. Guests ate crab cakes with remoulade sauce, proscuitto wrapped seared scallops with rosemary skewers, roasted cherry tomatoes and basil crostini with a balsamic reduction, orange, date, and arugula salad with toasted hazelnuts and Manchego cheese, beef tenderloin slow roasted with tarragon and rosemary served with a red wine shallot sauce, roasted green beans with garlic, and scalloped potatoes with thyme and parmesan. And for dessert a French apple tart with caramel sauce, vanilla bean whipped cream, and vanilla ice cream. Thank you for having us cook for you!

This past week we catered a birthday party barbacue. We fed adults and children with homemade dips and fruit kababs as well as burgers and honey sesame chicken skewers. The children then had a cupcake decorating class. Happy 12th birthday!
