Peeling the membrain off of ribs.

Most recipes tell you peel the thin membrain off the back of pork ribs. This is our standard practice here at the shop.

You don't have to ask us to do it for you, we just do it.

Either way, now you know how it is done. This can also be done on the spareribs.

Thanks to our friends Local Roots Farm, we got ahold of more green coriander seeds. We had to make another batch of sausage.

It is very limited and such a unique flavor, A must try.

10lbs available starting tomorrow, Friday.
