🌟 **Our Shop Hours: 9 AM – 9 PM, Every Single Day** 🌟

We know it’s a HUGE commitment for our whole team to stay open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. But we do it because we genuinely love taking care of you.

Even with those long days, we’re always open-minded and ready to go above and beyond when our customers need us.

For example — today we had **140 sandwiches** ready by 8 AM for a special event. That meant our crew was already in the kitchen at 4 AM… but we still closed at our regular 9 PM time like always.

So if you ever need anything outside our normal hours — a late-night sandwich run, an early morning pickup, or anything else — just message us right here in this post. We’ve got you. 💬

🍲 **Late-night Pho thoughts at 1 AM**

This bowl right here? It’s more than just dinner.

One more wonderful busy day (or one less day we’re gonna spend together on this planet). We closed the doors at 9 PM… but didn’t finish our work until midnight.

That’s the life of a small startup F&B in Seattle — especially when you care this much about the food, the drinks, the service, and doing it all with integrity.

Is it tiring? Heck yeah.
But being tired from something you poured your life savings into… being tired chasing the vision you had even before the doors opened… being tired from the dream you imagined a year ago?

That’s a huge privilege.
