It’s rhubarb time. Trying to cook them Wednesday probably. Have not chopped all of the rhubarb to know how many I can make so first come first serve. Unfortunately they will be $10 for an 8x8 tin this year with prices rising. Comment below how many you want. Also do not think I have enough rhubarb to sell just stalks or chopped rhubarb this time.

Thinking about making a batch of peach mango habanero salsa as well that will also be $10/jar this time. Comment below if you want any of those as well as if you want it fresh or if you want it canned in a jar.

Bunch of washed uncut rhubarb approx 4 cups $6.
Quart bag of washed and chopped rhubarb for $8.

Hoping to make the crisps Sunday so pickup Sunday night at my house.

I now have plenty of Mild, Hot and MYFF(super hot)

Picked another 6 gallons of tomatoes and jalapeños today too 🤦‍♂️ who sleeps this time of year!?

Sold out of the smoked salsa, but plan on making another batch soon!

Cranking out some goodies in the basement today. Who has some salsa needs before heading to their pool parties today!?

Pint of medium or hot canned salsa $5
Pint of fresh “smoked” salsa probably a medium with a heavy smoke flavor $5
Fresh Cucumber pico pint $5
Candied jalapeños half pint $5
Quart of spicy dill pickled asparagus $8 (bloody Mary’s)

Could have a box of some free cucumbers too if I get the garden picked. Currently making another batch of salsa this morning and might try to make some MYFF(Melt Your Fu*****Face) Hot Salsa today.

I have also been working on a slightly tangy jalapeño hot sauce that is phenomenal when blended with an avocado and have a couple samplers if your into that kind of thing and willing to give an honest opinion on your thoughts.

I’ve been too busy to line up selling any goods so far. But the garden is out of control this year!

I have made a ton of stuff and some new:
Jalapeño hot sauce
Jalapeño avocado hot sauce 🤤 creamy texture
Smoked salsa-phenomenal if you like smoked food
Medium salsa-36 pints
Candied jalapeños
Cucumber Pico-we have eaten gallons
Jalapeño poppers

I think I picked enough rhubarb today to feed a village! Brodee washed the first tub tonight so I can start chopping and we will get to the other 2 tubs tomorrow hopefully.

Rhubarb crisps for $8 or a quart bag of rhubarb stalks for $8. I should have time to get them all done and made this week. Hoping to have first batch of crisps done Wednesday for pickup.

Comment below what you want and when you would prefer to pickup starting Wednesday so I know how many to make at a time.

Pick-up: We are home now until 5 and then will be home after 8:00 again.

UPDATE: we have enough rhubarb to fill current orders, but will be cutting it close. Any new orders after 11:11 Monday night will be filled in the order they are posted as long as there is rhubarb left.

Boys and I are picking rhubarb again! Let us know if you need an 8x8 tin of rhubarb crisp for $8. Should be enough rhubarb for at least 40 crisps. Will know exact later when we wash and chop it. Comment below with how many you want/need. Pickup at our house in Sergeant Bluff. Hoping to get them baked Wednesday. If you want just a baggie with 5 cups of rhubarb, which is what we use in our recipe to freeze or mix in strawberries, or change the recipe for yourself we will also sell bags of rhubarb for $4 dollars.

There are also 12 jars of corn salsa, 6 jars of salsa verde and 11 quarts of chili mix left from last years crop $5 each.
